Jeff, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for all of your assistance with
our transporation needs during my family's visit to the London area and our cruise
departure from Dover.
After I sent you an email inquiring about the feasibility
of staying the night prior to the cruise in Canterbury vs Dover, you went above
and beyond by calling me to discuss this option.
You were more like my local travel
consultant than just a car service.
I really appreciated the way you took responsibility
for making all of the arrangements to get us from Heathrow to London, then later
London to Canterbury, and finally from Canterbury to Dover. We also appreciated
the stop enroute for "provisions" as well. We particularly enjoyed meeting and talking
to you during our trip to Canterbury.
The side trip to Greenwich was fun and interesting
as well as breaking up the drive. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to Canterbury.
We thought we still had quite a bit more of driving to do!
To say you were prompt
with email is a given. Your prices were fair and reasonable. You and your drivers
were always prompt with picking us up at the agreed upon times. We also appreciated
having the flexibility to determine pick up times as late as the day before.
The
vehicles we travelled in were new, clean, and comfortable - with plenty of room
for our group of 5 along with all of our luggage (which was probably sufficient
for a group of 6-7 people!)
Please feel free to use this testimonial with prosective

I would not hesitate to

Thanks Jeff.
Your service was excellent.
We appreciate your patience for waiting for us at the embassay grounds and shuttering
between terminal 3 and Terminal 4. It is my sister in law who had lost the passport.
Thank God that she manage to go back to Japan after the hassles. Otherwise she would
need to buy a new air ticket back to Malaysia and that would involve more costs
and more hassles.
